Draft if there is a Lockout

If there is a lockout, will it be similar to the NFLs draft wherein you won't be able to trade players? Thanks, I don't get any of this lockout stuff..

I don't think the CBA expires until after the draft, so the draft can go on as normal. But i could be wrong.

That's what I've gotten from it.  The CBA expires on July 1st I believe.  The NFL CBA expired before the draft, but this years draft was still included in the CBA.
