Not many more satisfying sights in the NBA than seeing LeBron be the first to the locker-room after a loss ;D

Imagine thinking that the Lakers got better this offseason because they added Russell Westbrook
Jaylen Brown for All-NBA

It's funny, I heard a lot about how these new Lakers additions were going to allow LeBron to take it easier in the regular season. Yet on opening night he has to shoot it 23 times and they still lose, to a significantly depleted Warriors team.

Hilarious stuff

Just one game but the Lakers were -23 when Westbrook was on-court and +16 when he was off-court.

I looked backed to see what the trade consisted of and the article stated that the Lakers were working on a similar deal for Hield when Westbrook became available.  If that's true, whoever decided to switch gears and go after Westbrook ought to be fired on the spot.  Not a big Hield fan but he's a much better fit with Lebron and AD.

My laker fan friends kept tagging me with their crap posts on fb about their Lakers dominating the league including the Celtics and how we blew our chance by letting Kyrie walk. They called me a hater when I said Westbrook will make their team worse. lol

I pointed out Westbrook poor preseason. It certainly continued last night. I’m not really sure this is gonna turn around. Definitely hope I am not wrong.

My old eyes deceive me sometimes.  I quoted you because I missed the "not" in your last sentence -- was going to ask you why in the world you hope you're wrong about your Westbrook take.  But all's right with the world.

Glad to see Lakers lose their 1st, but a long way from feeling comfortable about where they'll be in the long run.

This announcer sounds just like Marv Albert. It’s really bizarre.

How is that not Marv Albert’s voice….lol?

Idk, but it’s not him. Was really confusing.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Spoelstra is a clever coach, and Miami made some good additions for taking down Milwaukee (mainly someone like PJ Tucker). Heat have a bunch of tough physical guys to wall off the paint, and Jimmy Butler is a great match-up for Middleton. Bucks are missing Holiday tonight

Bucks came out super flat, but Bam is one of the better Giannis defenders in the sport as he has the strength, length, and speed you need to slow Giannis down.
2023 Historical Draft - Brooklyn Nets - 9th pick

Bigs - Pau, Amar'e, Issel, McGinnis, Roundfield
Wings - Dantley, Bowen, J. Jackson
Guards - Cheeks, Petrovic, Buse, Rip
