It’s going to be hard to find SF depth at the minimum.  Kent Bazemore?

Carmelo Anthony can still shoot. One of those Martin twins?

We need another big, and another depth guard/wing (either is fine tbh given the versatility of certain guys).

I definitely think we're adding at least two more pieces though (with the TPE and vet. min). Brad's not done yet

WE need 3&D wing.

Idk about his defense, but how about targeting McDermott from the Spurs? Another great perimeter option with size. Makes 13M next season and is a FA after

Yes, please! The shooting lineups we could run out next year, Oh boy!

Yes, I like the idea of McDermott. I also didn't realize how proficient he was from three. Over 40% four of the last 5 years. As mentioned on another list of possible TPE targets, would also love for them to make a run at Dillon Brooks. Have always like him, and has that toughness we need. He's in the last year of an affordable contract, so not sure Memphis would be looking to deal him, but I might part with another first. M. Morris would also bring some toughness. Wonder if we could also grab Boogie for a min salary, even if just to put Draymond on his butt the next time we seem GS. Playmaking and scoring was definitely an exposed weakness in the finals, but so was toughness and needing a big more of attitude to the way we play.

You don’t think Brogdon will be starting?
C/PF-Horford, Baynes, Noel, Theis, Morris,
SF/SG- Tatum, Brown, Hayward, Smart, Semi, Clark
PG- Irving, Rozier, Larkin

Combining these two thoughts

G: Brogdon, D White
G: Smart, Seth Curry
F: Tatum, G Will
F: Durant, Gallo
C: Rob Williams

Horford & Jaylen for Durant & Curry.

Brogdon at the point with Tatum and Durant at forward. A spaced out court with two near unstoppable scorers at forward.

Why? Smart, Brogdon and White all are fine covering 3's and Jaylen will probably shift some minutes too. Not sure it matters any more. The Brogdon trade was enough to cover that issue.

They could

(1) start Brogdon instead of Smart and stay big
(2) start Brogdon instead of Horford and go smaller
(3) keep the starting lineup that was so dominant last season and use Brogdon as a 6th man.

I like the 3rd option best but any of the 3 could happen.

Brogdon can be our 3+D wing. He was great in that role in Milwaukee. Well more great offensively and solid defensively in that role. More offense than defense. But he was one of the better players in the league in that role.

Our first SF sub off the bench can’t be Jaylen, though. Didn’t realize how big Brogdon is…He can probably play some mins at SF being 6’5”/230lbs. I really don’t want to see Grant at SF…
Also didn’t realize that Brogdon had a 50/40/90 season a few years back. Awesome. :D

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Still need to finish the end of the bench... The top ten seems set. I still want more! MORE MORE MORE!!!

Wonder if Begarin makes the squad. They said he has improved. There may be spots left for development players to battle for in SL

I’m expecting Davison and Begarin to both sign 2-year minimums as the 14th and 15th roster spots.
