Step 1
Boston trades Isaiah Thomas to PHI for Nerlens Noel + Robert Covington

Philly gets a cost controlled scorer PG who they desperately need.

Step 2
Boston trades Amir Johnson, Terry Rozier + Brooklyn 2017 + Brooklyn 2018 to WAS for John Wall

Step 3 (Offseason)
Boston either commits to Nerlens Noel (depending on his audition) at something less than max dollars, or lets him sign elsewhere (UFA) or flips him to a team who wants to commit to him.
If Noel is flipped, Boston signs DeMarcus Cousins who is attracted to BOS to team up with Wall.

New Team
PG: John Wall
SG: Avery Bradley
SF: Jae Crowder
PF: Al Horford
C: DeMarcus Cousins

Bench
Marcus Smart
Jaylen Brown
Robert Covington
Kelly Olynyk
Jonas Jerebko
Tyler Zeller (would need to be traded to make room for Zizic)
Guerschon Yabusele
Gerald Green
Demetrius Jackson
Abdel Nader or BOS 2017 Draft Pick

The team as constituted above could contend for a championship.

Thomas for Noel+Covington is a terrible trade and Demarcus Cousins isnt a FA.
