Tatum? Doesn't anyone see how slow he is out there? Paul Pierce comparisons are not valid; the NBA isn't in the late 90s or the 2000s anymore.

Tatum is the only one I actively want.

The other two are a big fat no.

I already know about Jackson...

but why not Ball?
I don't think he would fit in a modern NBA offence very well. Weak PnR game, weak mid-range game and relies on deep (hence difficult) 3's for a lot of his offence.

His length and playmaking is really good however.

Tatum didn't have a problem playing modern basketball at an elite level in colleges best conference

You have a point.  So he needs to bulk up , so he can play the PF at the NBA level

work on his footwork

Tatum is the Otto Porter of athletes.  Not bad not great.

Why stop the gambling, we already gambled by passing on what is the best prospect in the draft, why stop now?

This is a long shot, but his athleticism could make him the next Russell Westbrook.

Gamble on, Danny!

yes Russell Westbrook with T-Rex arms.  6'3 with 6'3 wingspan... not too appetising

Like RW he also will try to score 1 on 3....  half the time its not smart

Definitely explosive. Has a working jump shot. Decent passer.   Apparently not so great in the PNR/has a weak mid range game

Jackson vs Michigan State - at 10 sec, at 1 min 40 sec

Ball vs Oregon - from 2 min and 19 sec. What a finish

Tatum vs Clemson  - at 44 sec sick

Ask Magic Johnson bro. He'll let you know who were drafting. Not much of a point deciding who you "want."

Philly will be getting a player they want. The Lakers will get a player that they want. We will get whoever is left over at that point, and if Magic has half a brain, say goodbye to Jackson. This poll should be "which prospect do you prefer- the Headache or Tatum?"

The only answer to this is Josh Jackson.

Seriously, this guy will be a fan favourite 1 month into the season and we will all think it was ridiculous how we questioned Ainge by trading Fultz. Fultz himself will be good in Philly, don't get me wrong, but Josh Jackson is a stud and a winning player.

He is a mini Lebron. Everyone will love him. He has the motor of a Marcus Smart but he is more athletic and has way more offensive skill. Yes his jump shot needs improvement but his form is not terrible and it will improve.

I'm actually very worried that the Lakers end up taking him. I hope every mock site is right and the Lakers take Lonzo Ball.

Again, we already passed on the best prospect in the draft, at this point, does it matter who we pick?

I'd rather have the most explosive guy on draft who has shown semblance of being a shot creator for himself if that is the case. He fixes a need. T-Rex arms be darned.

Cant stop watching this - at 44 sec.   What a basket

Tatum vs Clemson  - at 44 sec sick

If Tatum is drafted, he can come off the bench ... create shots/score buckets , while IT4 rest
Tatum tries on the defensive end, but he needs to watch his reach ins ...   adding some more mass will help him stand his ground better around the post

Lonzo fits the 3 and D movement... no doubt there are some concerns about him (like how skinny he is, ability to slash in the half court,  Lavar)

But he can really shoot and pass the ball.  He has good iq and instincts

We've got to take Ball if he's still there, he's the only other tier 1 prospect imo and he can counter what Philly has added in Fultz.

All 3 should be terrific prospects. Can't really go wrong.

It's not so much about getting a terrific prospect, it's more about drafting to counter what Philly is adding with Fultz.
