that turnover by Brown should be on Timelord, go to the RIM big guy

TimeLord knows it, he immediately tapped his chest. Needs to get his rythm back.

The super quick guards just kill us this year.

I like how Sacramento and Sabonis just don't automatically switch on screens. They make you actually force the switch and mismatch. A lot of times we're too eager and easy to switch, leading to mismatches.

Often a problem with teams that use bigger slower combo guards at PG like we do with Smart, White and Brogdon.

You trade some difficulties with small quick guards for superior defense on bigger guards, switching, closeouts, shrinking passing lanes, overall team defense.

The Kings offense is certainly pretty to watch. Sabonis moves with pace, sets great screens, rolls hard. The kings perimeter plays just keep moving.

Playing defense against these guys looks exhausting, even by usual nba standards

Yeah, why are you doubling Sabonis near the three point line with Timelord on him? Let him handle that himself. Makes no sense whatsoever, and it led to the easy dunk.

Kings just outplaying us right now.

We aren't playing that bad, but Kings are cooking

The C's had a chance to get cooking and instead let one of their worst shooters embarrass himself on three straight 3-point attempts, and then decided to just continue chucking bad shots instead of driving

Offensive rebounds killing us.

Actually Cs out rebounding the Kings on the offensive boards...7-4.

And this is the problem with the equal opportunity three offense - Smart has 7 threes in the first half only hitting 2 of them. Inexcusable.

I'm still not sure why Smart is our second leading shot taker with 9 of them...

UPDATE: Now 10...

Now THAT is a good 2 for 1 opportunity. Not forced and got a great look leaving us another possession.
