on one hand, excitement we're close enough to the start of preseason that the schedule is out.

on the other hand, it's still 2 months away  :(

The last two preseasons (counting the upcoming one, so I guess technically not “last two”) the Celtics have elected to only play four games, and only two home games, so no Mohegan.  The year before was Covid, so no preseason.  Tough to tell if this is a trend or a long-term change.

Also, a pre-season game in Toronto, so we can have vaccine drama early on.  Will Al be there?  Jaylen?  Is anyone new not vaccinated?  Tune in October 14th — conveniently the last preseason game so maybe guys are just “resting”.

Yeah, that was the biggest thing that jumped out at me.

 The Celtics never play their starters in the final preseason game.
