So Nance gets $10-11M a year, but Grant Williams is worth $15M/year. Not buying that one.

I’d take Grant over Nance, so I’m certainly not selling it.  He’s had a bunch of injuries the last two seasons.

You think so?  He’s getting full MLE money  after a 7 point, 4 rebound stint in NO.

The only issue I have is the length of contract, but he’s missed 26+ games each of the last three seasons.  If he ends up playing 46 games next year, he wouldn’t have gotten $22 million guaranteed.

Would you spend the full non-taxpayer MLE for 7 points, 4 rebounds and 40% of the season missed?

I’m surprised Adams would agree to that. 29 year old starting Center and  he is making a tad under $18M this coming season alone. I’ve always wanted to see him in Green.

A lot of money for a 6th man, lol. He’s good, but I don’t think he’s worth that.

If I’m Nance I like the length of the contract, sets him up to get some of that new TV deal money in the summer of 2025.

I pegged Nance his skillset to be in the $15-$20 million dollar per season range on a short term contract like this, while I understand last season his numbers weren’t all that impressive, he was injured and coming in on limited minutes, Last season he played the fewest amount of minutes since his rookie year. He’s a versatile defender, 10/7/2/1.5 steals if you average his top three seasons, shoots 53%, 33%, 70% career, and not yet 30 years old.

I’m just surprised he didn’t bet on himself in free agency

That seems like an overpay. He can score but he's a defensive liability... They have over 200 million wrapped up in Herro and Robinson...
