Would be glorious! I see a two point game tonight but hope it is a Celtics blowout.

Any update on Timelord status?

The last time the Celtics took a 3-1 series lead in the NBA Finals, they did so in Game 4 2008 when they rallied back from 24-points down and stunned the Lakers at Staples Center.

Lets take a 3-1 series lead dang it!

Ahh, that game. I was watching it in a contract law lecture at college. Good times.

Go C's

I think I was in middle school lol (or 5th grade). I remember when LAL went up 20 early, JVG was like, "let me answer that Mike, it's a 2-2 series now" when Breen asked if Boston could rally soon to go up 3-1. Felt bummed at the time but kept watching and the C's just clawed back and played beautifully late in the 4th to win it and ice the series  ;D

Less than an hour away from a very important thing... finding out who the refs are! (ugh)

I'd kind of be shocked if Zarba and Brothers got another game this finals seeing the national attention of the officiating after game 2.

Maybe. I did find this interesting:

Warriors-Celtics Game 4 official tonight:

James Capers, Kane Fitzgerald, Eric Lewis

NBA has repeated the exact order of the lead refs in Games 1-4 of the Finals last year. If they keep to this, it'll be Game 1 lead Marc Davis back in Game 5 on Monday at Chase.

It was John Goble instead of Eric Lewis for that game, but yes, Kapers and Fitzgerald were there.

Great game thread FL, TP.

I expect Golden State to come out firing tonight, and throughout these playoffs we’ve lost games like this one. But the refs tonight don’t seem as odious as a Zarba, Brothers or Foster, and I think the Celtics can play well a s have a decent chance to win tonight.

Let’s go Celtics!

I went to Game 5 against the Bucks, where we blew a 14-point lead in the fourth quarter. I caught COVID at the game.

I went to Game 6 against the Heat, which we should have won in a walk to close out the series. My train broke down on the way home, we had to walk over the tracks and didn't make it home until after 1am.

I'm going tonight. I've accepted the fact that we're going to lose tonight. I just hope to be alive tomorrow morning.

Idk man, you sure you want to go to tonight's game? Definitely don't want to risk bad stuff happening on the MBTA again. Just stay home and watch!  :P
