Congrats to BDM for winning Game 3! (TP) Can't believe Gortat played like 13 minutes and couldn't score one single basket! Ugh!!!!!!! (Shows you what luck I have ... he has a 3.6 average and I lose by 0.3!)

(My forum clock was wrong - I fixed it)

wow, one point was all you needed out of him!  You darn near got the win with him not scoring  ;) .  One of the upsides of picking a guy with a teeny average I suppose.
Yup

I think my series net total should be -15.3 instead of -14.3 ... I'd love to have the extra point in case of a tie-breaker, but that wouldn't be fair to BDM860.

Are we setting records for all time low totals in PAPOUG Playoffs?  I've never really looked too closely at any other series other than ones I was participating in (and granted this is only the 2nd year we've done this), but through 3 games neither of us has picked a player that has been over.

When Nick is chronicling the PAPOUG Playoffs for the Celticsblog HOF years from now I would wear it as a badge of honor to have participated in the lowest scoring PAPOUG Playoff series ever with my man Bahku  8)

After 18 months with their Bigs, the Littles were: 46% less likely to use illegal drugs, 27% less likely to use alcohol, 52% less likely to skip school, 37% less likely to skip a class

Yeah, really, lol ... we're pretty bad, Buddy! Check this out: I actually thought I had won for a while last night, because my forum clock was offset by one hour, so when I signed in it looked like you hadn't picked until 9:24 ... when I signed out again the clock went back to what it should be, so I knew something was amiss. That, and the fact that Gortat couldn't even get a free-throw in 13 minutes on the floor, shows you what kind of luck I have at these things. Oh, sometimes I get into the final series or something, but it always catches up with me.  :P  ;)

It's not like there hasn't been a lot of good players for us to pick either, we've just been making terrible picks lol.

Game 1:
Ray Allen - 25
Paul Pierce - 22
Rasheed Wallace - 13

Vince Carter - 23
Jameer Nelson - 20
Marcin Gortat - 6

Game 2:
Paul Pierce - 28
Rajon Rondo - 25
Glen Davis - 8

Dwight Howard - 30
JJ Redick - 16

Game 3:
Glen Davis - 17
Jameer Nelson - 15
Mickael Pietrus - 12
(okay maybe neither of us had a lot to work with last game)

It was the same for me in the first series, too ... Jameer Nelson scored 32 points in the first game, and (I think) 32 in the third game ... when did I pick him? The second game, when he scored like 12! Ugh!

Looks like this series is as good as over ... congrats, BDM ... I choked big-time on this one, just like the Celtics! (Man ... Vince has one of his worst games all YEAR, and that's the one I pick ... see what I mean about my luck? ;))

I'll take Dwight for the next game ... really doesn't matter much at this point, and I don't want a game six for the C's.

Man Bahku, one of us finally scored in the positive.  If you win game 6 we're gonna have a close one, as right now our overall scores are pretty even.  Good luck buddy.
