(1) Rumors are still rumors until a deal goes down.  For example, insiders say that LeBron is going to New York Miami Cleveland (???)

(2) I really like the Sheed for Turiaf + Azuibuike idea.

(3) Lee to GSW makes sense given that Nellie is coaching the team (I think that's still the case, right?)  Lee will be PF, Biedrins C, they'll be a bunch of running and gunning, and little defense.

Trades like this should be mandatory when a team has a great player like Randolph and refuse to give them proper minutes because their coach is a washed up head case with an irrational perspective of young players (except for Curry for some reason  ???).  It is a travesty they didn't play him more last year, this trade is good for the Knicks and great for the league.

Agreed this is a great move for NYC.

I'm not really a big Lee fan but he will be a stat monster in GS.

Under current ownership, GS will never improve just hover between poor and mediocre.

Good trade by GS... Lee is perfect for them... but now what will NY do to fill the rest of their roster out? I think that is what really determines who got the better end of the deal.

I don't get it for GS, they'd better trade Monta Ellis/Brandan Wright for David Lee. And yes, Sheed's contract is a big asset, and yes, I also wanted Anthony Randolph in green...
