Marbury's minutes are wasted minutes that digs the team into a deeper and deeper hole that the other players have to overcome.  The longer he plays, the bigger the hole.

He doesn't know how to defend.  His hustle is false hustle, and he's shooting 25%, with turnover after turnover.

It isn't working.  Eddie House isn't the greatest ballhandler in the world, but he turns it over less than Marbury, and at least Eddie can make an open shot. Marbury can't even hit the rim half the time.

House and TA is a huge upgrade over Marbury and House or Marbury and TA. With Marbury and TA you have two questionable shooters. House and TA gives you a chance at both ends.

Marbury will look much better once Eddie starts knocking down his shots.  Something tells me he and Eddie will play better on the road, at least that's what I'm hoping.

Gabe Pruitt can pass the ball to House and watch him shoot too.  Plus, Gabe actually covers his man and gets back in transition defense.

C'mon Bizarro Brick - a grizzled vet like yourself should know that Gabe Pruitt would not be allowed to play defense in the playoffs.  He'd foul out in about 32 seconds.
God bless and good night!
