The Minutes Thing

I keep reading about this Celtic or that Celtic playing too many minutes, etc. Yet, I have listened to players and ex-players talk about this and they say it is overrated and really not an issue. Then I look at how many minutes Kobe and Gasol play and they play more than Garnett and Pierce and about equal to Ray. Yet, the Lakers won a championship last year. I honestly believe the minutes thing is way overrated, but am probably the only one here who believes so.
