That nice neighbor who calls it as she sees it is on the prowl again

Do you know how many drugged out old dudes are out there that make stupid decisions to walk the streets in the rain? Lots.  And then when they claim to be famous musicians well...

And what would Obama have done this time?  The substance summit?
