How about you even think about trying to challenge that, Tatum...

Teams are always going at Tatum. That's why I like Brown better.

Mannix is right, Scal is wrong.
I'm not listening to our broadcast, but Scal seems to be wrong a lot
It was about which record is unbeatable: Westbrook with 3 seasons in a row of averaging a triple-double (Mannix) or Wilt’s 100-pt game (Scal).  IMO, somebody will break Wilt’s record.
Oh, lol. I'm on Scal's side with this one
I used to think Wilt’s record was unbeatable, but watching guys like Harden and Booker has made me re-think that.  3 year in a row of triple-double AVERAGE is simply amazing.

Excellent ball movement guys. I still don't understand Spoelstra continuing to go to the zone.
I would like to see the statistics on it but my eye test says that the C's have been much less successful against their zone than against man over these 2 games.  Miami has been quite successful with the zone and are using it as much as anyone.

Most unbeatable records are 8 in a row and 11 championships in 13 years. Nobody is touching that.

Someone in today's game would have to make something like 25 or so three pointers to get to 100. I just don't see someone breaking Wilt's record without a huge amount of threes. And the reason for so many threes is because I just don't see one player ever getting enough shots to make enough shots to break the record.

Here's the problem. The current record for threes in a game is just 14 and the most threes ever attempted in one game by a player is just 24.

I just don't ever see someone being able to ever get enough shots and make enough of them to get to 101.

You're definitely not wrong, but neither Harden nor Booker have gotten close to touching Wilt's record. The closest was Booker, and he did about 70% of what Wilt did with his team playing absolutely for him to score as much as he could. I don't think in this day and age of efficiency ruling all it's very likely for a guy to shoot it the ~50 times necessary to get even close to that. Devin Booker plays on arguably the worst team in the league, and only plays offence, yet he can't consistently get that close. Harden is having one of the highest usage seasons on record, and he can't get close.

I don't think if someone averaged 19/7/7 for three seasons (approximately 70% of what Westbrook has averaged over his stretch) that anyone would argue they're on the brink of doing what Russ has done

Getting 70% of the way is pretty good but yeah it is still very tough to imagine.

Why do they keep throwing lobs on Baynes? He's not an explosive athlete nor he does jump high.

Come on, Tatum. Don't settle for that shot. Take it to the hole.

To get to 100 you'd have to hog the ball and your teammates would have to be focused on you getting the record. Like the Lakers kept feeding Kobe for his 81 and also his farewell 60 points which required 50 shots or something from him.
Any odd typos are because I suck at typing on an iPhone :D

How about a freaking timeout, Brad? We're clearly reeling right now - settle them down!

I hate how Tatum steps in to a deep 2, when stepping laterally to a 3 or driving to the rim is obviously wiser
