Why don't we link FB to this Blog?   Just wondering.  I like getting seeing the push notifications on a site like this.   Just wondering?

This is something for the mods to consider.

Also, some ppl who post here might have concerns about losing their anonymity if they do it on FB too (personally, I don't, but I can see why some ppl might feel this way).

Having said this, I'm behind this idea if done the right way. It could get attract more users to the Forums.

Sure. I would not join cb fb,but it is a good idea and perhaps many here would.

Op, please add a poll. "If cb had a fb page, would you join?" Or something akin to that please.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Valid question.  Certainly over my head but good question for Jeff/Roy.

Cool.

Add to this that CelticsBlog already has its FB page. IMO We will have to be pretty specific about what new a Celtics Blog Forums will bring to the table.

If it will be another page sharing info and having discussion on the C's it will be pointless IMO.

A page that is sharing (the best) threads from here would make more sense

Edit: I forgot the link...

I refuse to use Facebook. Don’t have an account, never will.

Here’s a link to a Facebook group that is primarily made up of posters from here (I believe). I think someone made it when the blog was performing so terribly several months back and there were questions about its future.

There’s only a dozen or so members right now, so it’s hardly ever active. While it’s not something that would technically be associated with Celticsblog, it would be good to have more people from here in that group and have a more robust Facebook group.
