As others have said, Vitor and Pressey both impressed.

Vitor just runs the floor and catches the finishes very well.  And if he can hit that three he will be a very deadly open court player.

Pressey looked tentative at first but later started attacking, and though he through some wild passes, I liked what he was trying to do and he had some nice aggressive passes which will work well with this roster of bigs who really can run.

man, that was a good comeback! lost by 1 but that's ok, down 20 in the 4th quarter, came back AND took the lead...can't hate the team for heart even if it is a preseason.

Our team should be fun this year.  A few of them would look really good in the D League

takeaways:
- Love Vitor.   C's have themselves a real find here.
- Pressey got better as the game went.  would like to see him continue developing and if he can, he could be a solid backup for Rondo.
- Hump and Crash continue to look really solid.
- KO looks good but would like to see more shooting from him.
- Sully looks really good.
- AB looked better with his shot, D was solid but his ballhandling still stinks
- Green, Lee and Bass still look like non-contributors.
- Brooks has a long way to go before he's ready to be a rotation player
- Babb made a "hey don't forget about me" statement tonight.

I agree with this.  So far I do have to say he is a great passer.  He should have had at least 2 assists that were mishandled (one being an absolute dime to a cutting Avery, who botched the layup) but I'm hoping to see more of his back to the basket game going forward.  I did like the drive off of the fake he had around the three pointline.

It's really too bad Avery can't be a better passer at this point.  If he was a better passer and how his three pointer is looking better, that'd basically be enough.

Right now he really needs to improve his passing or his ball handling so he can penetrate.  He just doesn't bring enough on offense.

I'll say this: we definitely can't play a backcourt of Avery and Lee, in my opinion.  There just is no offense created.  It's miserable.

Babb was a surprise to me.   I thought Pressey could play, he still needs work on screens and D but if he tightens up his passing just a bit he could be a backup PG with ease.  Vitor is a nice pickup.  Good to see AB shoot from other spots it really helps to spread the floor with his shot selection.   He is a SG though not a PG.

I thought Bass has looked lpst the last two games most of the time.

I think KO doesn't shoot more because he is afraid of being blocked.  Great player but I am sure that block by Chandler bothered him.   He is going to get blocked some this is the NBA let them rip.

- Pressey really needed to fight through a game like this and clear the cowebs.

- I think we found a 3 pt specialist for the year. Babb was money

- Vitor was great in the end. Alot of energy and good length

- Brooks did good but man is he a hogg. I rarely passes the ball

- Good game by AB

- Green and Lee are still extremely rusty

- Sullinger had a bad game

- Olynyk is setting picks, passing, playing defense. But man he has to break through offensively.  Stevens has to forget Olynyk playing on the perimeter majority of the time. He needs to live under neath the basket like he did in college. Boost his confidence.

I love what Bass brought to the team the last 2 years but right now is useless to have him on the court players like Sully, KO and Fav needs his minutes. Lee is completely useless.

I was really impressed with Vitor's hands.  He seemed to be able to control the ball really well as he was moving to the basket, and had good body control as well.  Yeah, he might not be a typical starting center, but at least he has some skills and the effort seems to be there.

Presse played well too.  If he can get his confidence going, and adjust to the more physical nature of the NBA he would be a good change of pace point guard.  He has quickness and if he can be a weapon getting to the rim it will sag the defense and give us more open 3's.

Bass and Lee must go.. i hope we can package them for a Center that can rebound or a 3pt specialist

Bass is starting to remind me somehow of the person he replaced.
