Did anyone hear Goodman on Mannix's podcast talk about being worried Smart wouldn't be able to guard 3's anymore because he lost weight? lol

Smart won't be covering 3's much this season so its not really much of a problem.

I don't see it being a problem at all. Smart got rid of fat not muscle.

I love this team!

Yeah, I'm already enjoying this team much more than last year's iteration. I still wish we had AB, who would be a phenomenal fit next to Kyrie, but you can tell the ceiling of this team is just so much higher than last year's team.

I enjoy being taller. It and AB''s size were killing us against the elite teams.

I missed complaining about Rozier's lobs.

Anyway, Hayward and Smart have looked good thus far. As has Baynes.

To be fair they are playing without Embiid or Fultz. of course given that Embiid seems to be a made of tissue paper that might be the case a lot this year.

Smart being able to defend 3's has nothing to do with weight. More about attitude and toughness.

Fultz haven't really showed he can contribute in a positive way so far.
