i like Hayward handling the ball with Tatum to swing it to.

Hayward is a one man wrecking crew

When you have a team constructed like this where anyone of four guys can drop 30 on you and still have the other guys score and contribute well, anything is possible.

Hayward is rolling right now. Tatum has been a steady 20 PPG all year. Kemba is playing like the All-Star he is. Brown is playing at a completely different two way level thus far. Smart playing great.

And we appear to be getting something from the young guys. Not consistently from any one individual but something very positive from a couple guys, different guys every night.

That J Green kid looks smooth, maybe he should get some of Edwards minutes.
Brad gave him an extended look and I thought he played really well. They're getting very little out of their bench beyond Smart and Time Lord so why not give him a chance?

We either have highly versatile players or ineffective players at the wing. We don't have players that are highly effective in a specific role.

It's got me wondering about his playing time. He makes a lot of offensive plays happen playing that corner role, and he doesn't need the ball in his hands.

Nice win! CHA is sneaky good so far this season and we handled them on their home floor. Great night for TPs!!  ;D

I feel like more game thread TP's have been handed out already this season than all of last year.

And it will get better as the young shall grow. They got steady veteran leadership that are barely 21 23 lol

Enough trying to hijack thread after thread with attacks on Langford. Don’t want to have to warn you again

Celts had an 8-game winning streak last season from late November to early December.

Kemba in his post game interview with Abby:  The most important thing tonight, I didn't want to make this about me, I wanted to make this about us.

Can't not like this guy.

Contrasted with a certain point guard who makes it ALL about himself.
The Four Celtic Generals:
Russell - Cowens - Bird - Garnett

The Four Celtic Lieutenants:
Cousy - Havlicek - McHale - Pierce

Poirier knows how the play the game and he is really big. Every European big man needs time to adjust to the NBA. It's different in play style and athleticism. I think Poirier has the tools.

Agreed. All new players get worked in the NBA. First by NBA players and 2nd by NBA refs. He looks like a player to me.

I think right now it's very clear that the problem was Kyrie.

Last season Brad's coaching was questioned because the Celts underachieved.

It was a case of Brad and Kyrie fighting for who runs the offense.

Now that it's Brad's team again, Celts are thriving.

Javonte Green, a nobody, is getting minutes and a lottery pick, Langford, can't?

Time will tell on Romeo, but looking at the rookies right now, Ainge could have done better with that #14 pick.

He’s in Maine.

With his injuries he’s had almost no time to learn the system. Would not surprise me if he’s up 5-10 games from now and working in to the rotation.

Somebody said it a long time ago: if you give the minutes Wanamaker and Semi were taking to Jaylen Brown, we are a whole lot better.
I am a huge Jaylen Brown fan after all 8)

I think it's best for Jaylen to come off the bench.

In this game, Brown only had 12 points even though he had the most minutes at 32.
Brown also only had 9 shot attempts.

With Hayward handling the ball a lot and Kemba and Tatum shooting a lot.
There's very little left for Jaylen.

I think Jaylen will get more shots with the 2nd unit and he will give the Celtic bench more firepower.

C's just won by 20. You can time substitutions so somebody in the starting unit plays  a lot wit the bench. Dont see any reason to fix what aint broken.
