I like Krejci a lot.  He had a bit of a letdown season this year but he's definitely a playmaker. Still young.

And he's still improving on almost a weekly basis ... we're gonna see a lot more great stuff from this kid.

We could have done without that last penalty, even if it was a weak call.

Did Chara get it?  He has really gone over the top the last couple games with the tough guy routine.  He needs to realize that while we want to see more toughness out  of the captain, he is not helping his team out by picking up these dumb penalties.

He did indeed.  It was nothing more than a typical end-of-quarter scrum (which Buffalo started), but you probably shouldn't shove a guy in the face right in front of an official.

This is where we all yearn for the old days of hockey where men were men, right?   ;)

GOAL!  2-0!

The 4-on-3 pays off.  Beautiful.

You know, the Recchi trade has turned out to be a really good one for the Bs.  When we traded for a 40+ year old wing, I wasn't expecting much, but he's been great.

Guy is pretty productive and extremely "hockey-smart".  Brings a great veteran presence to this team.  He played well down the stretch last season, also.

Yeah, off a fairly weak penalty call.  Oh, well, it happens.

Not to worry, though ... the momentum's still on our side.

Watching the Montreal - Capitals game (2:0, 20 minutes left) and Halak is amazing so far, alraedy saved 33 shots. Seems like there's going to be game 7.
