Pretty moronic of them. Like really, who took the initiative on this one and had the team fly out early? How could it possibly be a good idea under any circumstance?

Most likely this series doesn’t start until Sunday at the earliest, and possibly Tuesday if there’s a Game 7.

Very easy to have everyone prepared to fly out tonight after the game if the series ends tonight. Terrible idea to do this.
If it ends tonight, I think game 1 will be Sunday.  And if that is the case, I can absolutely see why the Rockets wouldn't want to leave very late tonight or first thing in the morning tomorrow.

Yeah, I’m sure most teams travel based on multiple assumptions.

Portland must be en route to Denver as we speak.

Kevin Durant is not only tall, he LOOKS tall. Almost like he is on stilts and he is standing on a court with NBA players.

Do The Rockets have anyone to guard Durant?

The guy is almost a full head taller than Tatum, who is legitimately close to 6'9.

Anyways,  the Rockets were not dumb to fly to the dubs when the series ain't even over yet must because they know with KD.. Who by the way scorched the Clippers ain't losing in the first round... They just wanted to do some extended working out to prepare them for Houston.

I would assume Tucker’s the man to get the gig.

I’m interested to see whether Kerr sticks with the lineup with Livingston or goes back to Bogut
'23 Historical Draft: Orlando Magic.

PG: Terry Porter (90-91) / Steve Francis (00-01)
SG: Joe Dumars (92-93) / Jeff Hornacek (91-92) / Jerry Stackhouse (00-01)
SF: Brandon Roy (08-09) / Walter Davis (78-79)
PF: Terry Cummings (84-85) / Paul Millsap (15-16)
C: Chris Webber (00-01) / Ralph Sampson (83-84) / Andrew Bogut (09-10)

He has to start with Bogut or Capela will brutalize them in the post.

Yeah, this is where I'm at. If Draymond could spread the floor it would possibly be a different story

They didn’t but they put up a heck of a fight. Wonder what they’ll be if they add Kawhi next year...

I have a hard time believing anyone can beat that Warriors team, but it sounds like some people are genuinely picking the Rockets.

Yeah seems very unlikely, unless Curry suffers an ankle sprain or something and has to miss a few games
