There is nothing to worry about. The Celtics will win this game. I do not like that lineup Doc put out either, but it is over and done with. The Celtics will be just fine.

thank you, i've been losing my mind here. what are we supposed to do play the first unit all game? for months all anyone says is "we gotta play pruitt, pruitts the man why's doc not playing him", then eddie is out and he puts him in, whats doc thinking with this lineup, lets sign marbury he's better than cassell and pruitt. everyone just take a deep breath. the 3rd quarter is here and we know what happens in the 3rd quarter.

So for those of us following via the Net and CelticsBlog, why the bad second Q? Was it one player in particular? How was Gabe?

Maybe Gary Tanguay screaming their name as they shoot is throwing their shots off?

Tanguay is bad (switched to WEEI after he kept fake-laughing at everything Tommy said) but Max is annoying me with his obsession on Pierce's struggles.

Then he makes me laugh:

"KG says throw it up high! The Big Giraffes want it up in the trees where it's cool and fresh, not in the weeds where the hyenas are."

Gabe looked okay, got two fouls but hit a three. We didn't rotate properly and that caused them to get to line as we fouled to prevent lay-ups. Then they got some cheap buckets on the break off TOs to boot. The second unit really never got an offensive rhythm going and they slowly chipped their way to a small lead.

I always hate the fouls where the offensive player jumps sideways into a defender. They call in consistently in the NBA but it bugs me.

Milsap has been a good player for a while now. He's kept the Jazz in this game. I worry about our reserves maintaining the lead again in the fourth....

Any team that turns the ball over at a rate of 30 in a game doesn't deserve to win that game. They will win but this should have been an absolute blowout.

As well as Rondo is playing he has turned the ball over 6 times in 2 of the last 4 games.

The whole "target on our backs" mentality is kind of overrated. I think it sets up the C's for failure at times.
Bleed Green. What does it mean?
