Can win a game if it's 8-5.

Horrible officiating.

IT showing why he's not the answer at PG

Hes got a big heart but he's a borderline NBA player. Reason why he was taken last in his draft. If he was 6'2 he would be a star

how is he a borderline nba player?  you serious?

Please stop blaming the refs.  They are a vastly superior team.

The sad part is that the Cavs aren't even playing all that well.
47.5% from the field. 44% from 3. All above their season averages. How are they not playing that well?

You're kind of proving the point -- the Cavs aren't executing that well or anything, they're just beasting the boards and overcoming the Celtics with 1 on 1 talent.
This is how they always play...

They lead the league in isolation frequency. The Cavaliers will not out-execute you to death. They will out-talent you.

Exactly.  They don't play great basketball, they just out-talent you.  Out-talenting is not playing well. Which is why when they face a decent team in the playoffs I expect them to get rolled, whether that's in the ECF or the Finals.

That's the stupidest comment I've ever read. So the guy who's getting ready to be named the Sixth Man of the Year is a "borderline NBA player"? Pass the hash, brah.

Ah, refs swallowed the whistles, again. Jae Crowder was hacked.

We could have been picking in the top 5. But nooo we had to make Stevens happy. This is embarrassing!
Like last year, yeah? How's Marcus Smart working out for you, he's mashing the Cavs singlehandedly out there, isn't he?

Banks 2.0 was the wrong pick. Should have taken Randle or traded up for Exum. Both have super star ceilings. The one we are stuck with is currently getting abused by Kyrie and has the ceiling of Tony Allen and the floor of Banks.
Of course. And when the 5th pick from this season sucks, he'd be the "wrong pick" too. Hindsight is a wonderful thing.

Not hindsight for me. I've been telling it like it is all year that he was the wrong pick.

And if we get the wrong pick this year, what then?

Still better than this execution

another great shot by the cavs to end the quarter. hard to over come shooting like that. at least 9 points by the cavs were by circus shots. congrats to them. but without such shots, the celtics are close.

IT is forcing things instead of relying upon team mates. biggest disappointment so far is bradley. where is his shooting?  ???
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Regardless, still more fun to watch this rather than watch the Red Sox crumble because starting pitching.

Perhaps we're watching different games. Lebron and Kyrie are held to a much different standard by the refs than the rest of the players out there.

LOL....a guy averaging 19 and 5 for a playoff team being called a borderline NBA player is unbelievable. Only on celticsblog!

How much of a future does a midget have in the NBA? Look at Mugsy Webb etc...he was acquired for nothing. Doesn't that tell you anything?

It's always really bugged me when Mike Breen and Mark Jackson go nuts as the team with the stars dominates a lesser team, as if it's so impressive.  BANG!  AND THEY'RE UP BY 25 POINTS!

Borderline NBA player? Haha, right.

He isn't a star, and he won't ever be any better than Jamal Crawford, but he's certainly not a "borderline NBA player". Borderline players don't win SMOTY.
