The Miami Heat been constructed absolutely horribly for a team that somehow got D-Wade and Lebron to accept less than $15M salary.  I've posted many trades that I think would improve them.  So, thought I'd start a thread to compile all of mine and other's trade ideas that would make the Heat a better all around team.  Since we've passed the trade deadline, you can either offer trades that could have been proposed before the deadline or something to be done in the offseason.

Feel free to challenge any proposal from either side if you feel like one side wouldn't benefit from it

I'll kick things off with:

Miami trades:  Chris Bosh, Mike Miller
Denver trades:  Wilson Chandler, Nene, Ray Felton, Al Harrington

2020 CelticsStrong All-2000s Draft -- Utah Jazz

Finals Starters:  Jason Kidd - Reggie Miller - PJ Tucker - Al Horford - Shaq
Bench:  Rajon Rondo - Trae Young - Marcus Smart - Jaylen Brown -  Peja Stojakovic - Jamal Mashburn - Carlos Boozer - Tristan Thompson - Mehmet Okur

Here's one I've offered up before before the CLE-LAC trade:

Miami trades:  Chris Bosh, Mike Miller
Cleveland trades:  Varejao, Hickson, and Mo Williams

The talent is completely in Cleveland's favor, but this would essentially be taking last year's Cleveland team and putting D-Wade on it.

Come on man. Bosh stinks, A three for one.                                                             Chandler,  Felton and Nene are all Starter talent in this leauge.

And Chris well, he cries a lot.

 Denver laughs at that deal.

They cant make trades beacuse their entire team outside of Wade/Lebron/Bosh is worthless.

Name one player on the heat bench besides Udonis Haslem that you want on the Celtics bench?

I rest my case.

 Jrue Holiday

 Jodie Meeks

A Iguodala and a first rounder for, wait for it. Either one.

Lebron or D wade. I say split them up and bring in three or four good players.

I couldn't even trade LeBron for three good players in a fantasy league. ;) ;D

Trade Lebron for Nene or Dwight Howard.

They have an overload of wings and Lebron is getting in D-Wade's way. Even though Bosh is soft, I do see him fitting better with a good center like the two I named. If theres money left over, sign a reasonable point guard like Kirk Hinrik. That team would be wayyyy better.

Someone challenge me that this wouln't make the Heat better.

Lebron, Miller, and Anthony to hell, I mean the Kings.

For Dalembert, Tyreke, O Caspi, J Thompson, and Cousins. Two first rounders.

 Cousins  Dalembert Thompson
 Bosh     Haslem
 Caspi    J Jones
 Wade     House
 Evans    Bibby   Chalmers

I actually am not sure if this makes the Heat better.  I've tried to watch Cousins a lot this season and I just don't know if he'd be happy sharing the ball that much.  But he did in Kentucky, so it's tough to tell...

Trade Bosh for Jose Offerman.
Andy Bernard doesnt lose constests. He wins them, or he quits them because they're unfair.

Just look at the Depth at Center.

Shotblocking Dalembert, Jason Thompson who is 6'11" 8.5ppg 5.5 rpg

And Cousins who's 14 ppg 8.5 rpg as a rookie.

I would look to move Tyreke in the future for another SF or a veteran PG, and then I really like that team even more.

Lebron James for Brian Scalabrine--why would anyone want to spend an ounce of thought on improving the Heat on a Celticsblog?  This is just wrong and should be shut down!

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
If you're trading Wade:

Wade, House for Raymond Felton, Nene, Afflalo

If you're trading James:

James for Brandon Jennings, Carlos Delfino, Andrew Bogut

or

James for Darren Collison, Danny Granger, Roy Hibbert

Heat would also have to get some first rounders for those Lebron trades.
