it's like everyone who stepped up in Kyrie and Hayward's absences last year have regressed to worse than their rookie year summer league performances.  just awful play by the young players (as well as Hayward)

We are watching a whole new type of underdog here. These guys are fighting the battle to harmony.

It’s going to be incredible watching these guys try to figure it out all season. This may be one of the best teams of all time. Let’s see if they can make it work.

An incredible connection of strength.
2019 Historical Draft - Golden State

C - Bill Russell/Joel Embiid
PF - Giannis Antetokounmpo/Tommy Heinsohn
SF - Kevin Durant/Billy Cunningham
SG - Bruce Bowen/David Thompson
PG - Isiah Thomas/James Harden

So a back to back in Utah tomorrow without Kyrie and one in Portland to close out this roadie. Going to come home under .500 and 0-5 on this road trip.

I mean they aren't even an average team

It is clear that this team needs an edge to play well....

Bench the starters and have the bench bring you back....

I predict Stevens hands this team their ass at halftime and they roar back to win this.

Yeah, about that...

The Celtics had a VERY short stay in the locker room at halftime. In fact, they were out so early that they had to wait a few mins for a youth basketball game to end.

Most of the Celtics are out and ready to start shooting with eight minutes left in halftime. The kids’ scrimmage on the court is still going on.

I'm not sure I want to watch this 2nd half.  And of course we give up a layup right away.

Us and Houston both seem to have bought into our own hype

Tatum has lost what made him so good. His offense is lazy and he settles from the ole step back fade away ala Kobe...

Good. Tatum sitting on the bench. Maybe that'll be a wake-up call to him.

God, I love me some Marcus Smart. He takes some dumb shots at times, but you can never question his heart.

At least Kobe averaged 28ppg for over a decade. JT looks like OKC Melo

Why is TJ Warren whining?  He clearly whacked Brown on the arm.
