celtics having real trouble shooting 3s tonight. thomas and smart have combined to go 1-8. as a team they are 4-17. if they could shot the league average they would be up by 6 to 9 more points.

so far, offense is fine. but the defense is soft. plus, a lot of size under the basket hurts them i think.

Celts need to take a few more jump shots. Dreadful offense
Employee #8 would have enjoyed playing for CBS.

He'd be getting his 20 & 8 tonight and then some.

Thomas already with 15 pts.  lol

I missed seeing someone that can handle the ball like that. Nice addition off the bench.

So Shavlik's good showing the other day was for nothing. Let's run some Bass-Crowder 5-4 unit.

I hated seeing Jerebko in there in place of Shav.

this game has heartbreaker written all over it.  C's should not be having this many issues with that LA roster
correct again slam. the celtics should have taken advantage of the terrible defense by LA. but i guess having sully out and losing green and olly, and having new bigs has really taken its toll to the front line.

poor execution by the celtics, but i guess that can be expected with this much turn over and this little talent.  :P

With this team's problems defending at the 4-5 I'm not sure why he's not getting more minutes.  He could actually help them a little bit.

Before everyone jumps off a ledge at being up 2 at the half to what has to be one of the worst teams in NBA history just remember how much of a better position we are in moving forward than these sorry Fakers

Jerebko doesn't figure into this. Jerebko is good to take that bench role. The problem here is unit pairings, and in no shape or form should Bass/Crowder/Wallace should be our tallest players on the floor.

It's beyond stupid, and don't know why Stevens keeps insisting on it. I thought we had traded away Doc Rivers.

I'd feel a little better if the Lakers (1) didn't keep their pick this year and (2) LA wasn't such an attractive free agent destination.  But we are definitely in a better position right now.

Wasn't there a brief few minutes in the middle of the 2nd quarter where Jerebko was at the 5?  I'm watching a live stream so the quality is pretty crap.

Regardless, those ultra small lineups suck.  Shav is serviceable.

Hmm, not sure if that was the case. I don't recall that in all honesty... might've been on the bathroom lol.

We're in a better position than LA mostly because Brooklyn is in a worse position than just about everybody.
