If this team is first-round exit, Ainge better quickly find a new point guard cuz Irving isn't gonna put up with this.

And Rozier does not fit in the future of this team, either.

Hoping that an AD trade and a major overhaul will convince Kyrie that this really is the best situation for him moving forward.

But I can totally see Kyrie moving on if we continue on like this.

Hayward looking to pass after he created a wide open free throw distance shot for himself.  Just take the [dang] shot Gordon.

Love how the coach gets blamed for 15% 3pt shooting

Maybe put Horford in the post....

I think the only reasons that Brad may still have a job tomorrow is his past body of work combined with the investment they made in Hayward. If you just go by how the team has performed this season, 90% of NBA coaches would be gone.

His team has pretty much quit on him.

Back to work for me. This team needs to get their act together and soon.

Irving bolts means Davis doesn't come.

So the future will be Tatum/Brown/Smart with veterans Hayward/Horford and four draft picks.

We're just missing wide open 3's.  3 for 17 from 3.

same BS we saw in game 7 last year

THEN ADJUST!

coaches are fired all over the sports world because it all lies at their feet at the end of the day.

that is a fact whether we want to accept it or not.

They need a different coach. I've beaten this horse so much it's almost glue, but the dude can't coach the team through adversity.

it all lies at his feet. i am at wits end with brad. i cannot argue with you on that.  he is seeming to be the common denominator.
I don’t see that.  This mess is first and foremost a player issue.  Pieces simply do not fit.

No, the players are manageable. They just need the proper direction and guidance. Brad not clarifying roles from Day 1 and being unable to even motivate the team to play with energy is a pretty significant indictment on his ability to coach this team.

We're legitimately looking at a first round exit as the 5 seed at this point, as these players clearly don't trust each other or play as a team.
Yeah, we’re not going to agree here.  This is a players league.  No spot up shooter on the entire roster.  Almost all of them need to push the ball to score.  No great shooter.  No specialist.

Pieces just don’t fit.  This really can’t be argued against.

I know Brad has been far from perfect this year, but these guys are PROFESSIONALS.  These players are ultimately responsible for their play and whatever happens.  Until our guys start to refuse to accept these types of games they will continue to happen.

No. I don't see why people don't get this. This is the coach's responsibility, probably the primary one. He is supposed to manage the talent on the team, keep them motivated and on track, and ensure that we are playing as a team.

I seriously struggle to grasp what the defenders of Brad think the role of an NBA coach is, because he's failing at virtually every responsibility at this point, which has been on full display the last 7 quarters with the team devolving into a bunch of individuals that are half-arsing the game out there.

Kyrie was  confident after Chicago loss...he does not look very excited now.If he bolts this summer look to this game as a catalyst for that move.

Well Kyrie needs to look at himself in the mirror, he is just as responsible for this pounding as anyone else on the team.

Horford isn't a lock though. He can opt out this offseason.
