Not surprised by this result at all.

D'Antoni's system makes fraud players look way better than they are.

Like BS did with Crawford for example? I thought it was a good thing!

gs  can play beautiful bb ,  but the rockets ISO ball twists and distorts the game into a video game odd looking affair

caught the 3rd quarter and half the 4th.  Houston did not impress me.   really believe the C's could beat them  if they meet in the finals.

GSW on the other hand --> C's would have their hands full with Curry and Thompson (not impossible to contain them but it'd take a really all-out, focussed effort) but Durant is going to be a nightmare.  it'd be one thing if they could focus on limiting Durant but there's too many other shooters on that team for the C's to force him to pass to.

not counting chickens before they hatch and assuming C's get to the finals (yet) but C's are going to need everyone playing their best games every game in the finals to have a chance.  Next year, with Kyrie, Hayward and Theis back, I think GSW starts worrying about how to beat us :)

Nobody is beating the Warriors in a seven game series. Cavs would get swept. Cs might win a game

Celts looked flat for much of that half.  Gotta pick up the intensity and protect our house.

They've reverted to Moron Mode.

So anyone think Houston has a chance tonight? Think they can even it up?

Before the series, I predicted Rockets in 7. After Game 1, I changed to Warriors in 6. Even if Houston wins Game 2, I still think Warriors in 6 although Houston still has a chance to win the series.

BUT... no matter what the margin, but if Houston loses tonight and the Warriors go up 2-0, then forget the Rockets officially having zero chance, but I think there's a great chance they get swept.

Although I consider Houston the "Toronto" of the West, I think they get the win tonight. Need more from CP3 and the role players though, even if Harden goes off again.

My prediction: Rockets win Game 2, score of 103-98

If that happens, Houston should just forfeit the series and not bother wasting their times going to the Bay Area.

I'm already licking my chops on what the Celtics D could do to either of this team. I'd prefer if the Rockets win but their D sucks. I've only watched the highlights but I saw Curry getting abused by CP3 and Harden on switches.

Rocket's defensive flaws is that they believed that if they took out Curry's 3s, he'll be nullified. Best strategy imo is cut down the Warriors' passing lanes and force Durant or Curry to isolate. But I guess they don't have the right players to execute that gameplan.

I think that we match up better against GSW, as odd as that sounds.

I am truly worried about Clint Capela vs us. We rotate well to perimeter threads, but not to bigs.

Probably going to watch just the first half of this game.

Feeling really tired lol. Also burnt out from last night's Celtics game  :P

Yeah, but they started sloppy Game 1 as well.

Harden and Durant look poised to have big games again today. For Houston, their role players are going to have to step up for them to win tonight.
