Trying to replace Grant Williams at PF

I'd think about a guy like Xavier Tillman -- it won't happen because he's not a good enough shooter for this group, but he's realistically never going to crack a "key man" role in Memphis because of Adams, Jackson, and others. It took an Adams injury for him to have a role. He's thick enough to take on the big guys, athletic enough to take on Lebron types, works hard, plays great defense, and does the dirty work. That feels like the type of profile that we should be shooting for if we have to replace Grant...maybe not attainable but that's an interesting spec.
