Get AdBlocker on your browser. Should be the number 1 thing when using the internet, not just on CelticsStrong.

Can you do this for iPhone? That’s the only place I have problems with ads, as I have AdBlock on my laptop.

And also, does this affect the money coming into the sites? For example, if we all used adblockers would this site be able to function? I can deal with them on my phone if that’s the case.

Would hate to permanently leave this site because of these ridiculous Ads. Does whoever is in charge of the site need help on finding sources of revenue that don't completely destroy the experience?

Let the Blog know what the issues are. This is getting bad.

How do you expect for this blog to be maintained then?

Well, without the ads there wouldn’t be a site, so...

But I do agree that some are extremely obtrusive, while others are a bit inappropriate for a family friendly site.

The Firefox browser on IPhone takes care of most ads.

I have a 7 and no problems at all. It's because I use AdBlock.
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

IMO most don't have issues with non-intrusive ads. As long as you don't click before scrolling down, even SBNation's ads don't suddenly dominate the screen once you've already loaded the page, or while you're in the midst of scrolling or replying.

To be honest I hardly notice them. Except when I'm using my iPhone, sometimes I get an ad that takes up the whole page and I have to reload the page. But other than that it's pretty unobtrusive, especially on PC.
Any odd typos are because I suck at typing on an iPhone :D

This site is so inundated with pop-up and advertising, at times it barely functions. Unless it just my system!

the pop ups went away for a while, but recently returned. On my iPhone XR.

Every time I visit the site lately it shows my pop up blocker is going absolutely insane. As in hundreds of pop ups being blocked.

No, it's happening to me right now as well.
