Darius Garland will conduct a last-minute workout in Tarrytown with the New York Knicks tomorrow, a source told ESPN. Garland is in serious consideration for the No. 3 pick. Minnesota, Boston, Chicago are teams looking at potentially trading up to No. 4 with Garland in mind.

I think the only way to do this without losing a prime piece (Tatum, Brown, Smart, or Mem pick) is to find a way to trade Rozier for another top ten draft pick to combine with the 14.

Nice player. Can create his own offense at all 3 levels. Not a great PG right now but will develop. Just need some patience. He barely played this past season. I don't think he would start on this team until at least next year ('20-'21). Would be instant offense off the bench and he can really shoot it.

You can make an argument, that the 4th pick was the best asset the Pelicans received for trading Davis. They are not giving that pick away, without getting a haul back in return. The conversation has to start with the Memphis pick and at least two first rounders in this draft.

Just keep the 3 picks
C/PF-Horford, Baynes, Noel, Theis, Morris,
SF/SG- Tatum, Brown, Hayward, Smart, Semi, Clark
PG- Irving, Rozier, Larkin

I find it very unlikely that RFA Rozier gets a top 10 draft pick in a S&T. It would have to be a team in the top 10 without the cap space to sign him outright, he would have to want to go there, not to mention that... he isn't worth a top 10 pick :D

This would signal an outright youth movement, and eventually trading Al and Hayward, IMO.

Amen. Stay away from Bol. Love Herro. Prefer they move up as high as possible.

I hear all the talk about not wanting to make all 3 picks but I think in the end they will do just that...

I don't think so. We would probably be trading current and future picks to move up for Garland. Garland could play well with our starting lineup just spotting up for open 3's.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

Not sure how you’re trading a guy who just declined his player option and is a free agent.  Also, trading up for Garland does not preclude signing a veteran PG for 1-2 years to bridge Garland’s transition to the NBA on a competitive team.

That said, if it cost us the Memphis pick, I would not be happy with a trade for Garland.

OK, so start the conversation with the Memphis pick plus #20 and #22.  That might not be enough but I would be fine with starting there, assuming that Garland is someone they really like and that can help us in the relatively near future.  I support pick consolidation in general.

that is really just throwing darts at the board reporting there.

a) what teams need a PG
b) lets say those teams are looking at trading up for a pg
c) collect clicks

I cannot believe that NO traded DA and got a top 4 pick to turn it two midFirst round picks
