Alright, the draft will commence at 10AM ET, November 30th. We'll do 5 rounds during the week, have the weekend off so people can relax, make trades if they want, and get ready for the 7 rounds we'll do in the following week.

You'll have 15 minutes to make a selection unless you PM a draft board to someone else. Just make sure it has as many selections as picks in front of you!

Let me know if this is a serious issue for anyone
Sounds good to me. It'll be interesting how the first round plays out. I have my draft board, but I'm having a tough time actually ranking the top 5-ish.
Feel that the more well-rounded players in that bunch should be taken first with how the NBA has shifted towards scheming gameplans to attack the weaknesses of opposing teams imo.

With all the craziness of draft week and the trades I am even more pumped for this to get started.

Have made an embarrassingly large spreadsheet of players, lol

Me too, man. I'm not even sure who I should choose at 3 yet. Ranking my top 5 has been tricky for me.

Try making 10 and 11.

Not knowing how the previous 9 picks will go.

Should i pick for position? Fit? Bpa? The last of which is subjective.

I'd say that your first and second pick should almost always be BPA IMO. Fit picks can come later on.

The way I've gone is create big boards for Guards, Wings, Swings and Bigs. Just to try and help organise it for me. That way I find it easier to comb through and find a guy I want

One draft down, one to go. Hopefully, this one will be more fun. The actual draft was pretty boring. At this point, I'm genuinely more excited about the CS draft than the NBA draft. :P

I actually haven't made a board for the latter rounds - feel that my board would change drastically depending on which MVP-calibre player I select with my first round pick.

I have done the same.

Sorted the data by career winshare/48 and from that added in players that had a good season or 2.

Its a tough challenge.

That’s fair, and definitely logical. My board is by no means fixed at this stage. Lots depends on my first two picks

I'm procrastinating. I haven't even done the search at BBRef to see who all the eligible players are. Guess I should get going and get my Excel sheet set up and my rankings done.

You know you'll enjoy it Nick!

There's a surprising amount of depth to this draft

Pretty excited. Honestly undecided on which way I'll go with the 3rd pick, so it'll probably be an on the fly decision.

I have my pick down to two guys. One guy I would love to build around and discuss ad nauseum. The other....not so much.
