Cut Daniel Theis

I kinda like Daniel Theis, but here are a few reasons to waive Theis:

1. He isn't a big part of the rotation anymore (only 11,2 MPG)
2. He's often injured (already missed 9 games out of 20)
3. Blocks the development of Williams (who can use those minutes)
4. His contract is expiring anyway and we probably don't resign him
5. We can use the open roster spot to sign a buy-out candidate (shooter)

Theis is a good depth guy.

Not sure when the Bird saga will end where the Celtics can release him and open up a spot. But the C's should def keep Theis. He's not the problem, nor do I think he'll ever complain about his minutes.

Delete this thread. This is just simple foolishness. First we hear people blaming Rozier and now we wanna cut Theis. Look the elephant in the room is Bron cover for a lot of what Kyrie couldn't do in terms of leadership.

Why are so many afraid of criticizing the guy who wanted his own team. He couldn't ask for a better situation. This is the Boston Celtics and we normally don't have players that are great one on one guys. Celtics ball is known for playing as a team.
