Congratulations on being the greatest shooter ever (possibly one of the greatest players ever), but it's still gross. Disgusting.

On that note - let's talk disgusting things in the NBA, and sports generally..
Steve Nash licking his hands before his free throws was even grosser!

True, that was ****ing gross - also rubbing hands on soles of shoes pretty gross. TP.
I might be wrong but a lot of these guys wear brand new shoes before each game

I might be wrong but a lot of these guys wear brand new shoes before each game
Does it matter?  The ball touches every player's sweaty hands and bounces on the floor for the entire game- the floor that Nash's "clean" sneakers are running around on.  Nash may as well have gone around licking the other 9 players hands before his free throws.

Plus the refs' too.  And we know their hands are dirty.
