Ime is the least of the Cs issues right now. As I've stated numerous times, the Cs end of roster management has been atrocious over the last 3 years, and got worse at the deadline. I'm far more concerned about Stevens than i am about Udoka. I'd like to see Ime coach with a league average or better bench before i'm certain his short leash is really an issue.

Pritchard looks fine with finally getting some time. Miami is in first place playing and starting 10 day contract guys during the year. Developing players is a "coaching skill". A quick glance at Celtics stats says that your top four 3 point shooters by % are Grant, Fitts, Hauser, Pritchard.
One positive of the 8 man rotation is that if the NBA indeed expands to Seattle and Las Vegas, the Celts will be well prepared to lose anybody taken in the expansion draft.
Ime Udoka is named the Eastern Conference Coach of the Month for February. He is the first head coach in Celtics history to earn the monthly honor in their first career season as a head coach.
