JB didn't get the roll (or bounce actually) but he has looked drastically improved in how he attacks the rim.  He's got a much more natural hesitation move that's freezing defenders or at least keeping them on his hip until he accelerates to the rim.

It's hard to know how high Jaylen's ceiling is at the moment. It would be super tempting to tag him untradeable.

He really could be anything with a tighter handle and constant effort on both ends of the floor
