I think they hit some on the head but missed others trying to be a "historic" list. (i love the old guys too, but hackensick?)

the only 2 glaring ommisions just from personal view:

you could debate if either needs a spot, but honestly ,Rock over Stone cold. both were great in realitivly short runs, the rock was better. If we are going to have one attitude short run star, its got to be rock right?

HBK not being on this list is laughable.


guys who probley dont kick anyone out make the top ten but i personaly liked:

mick foley, warrior, savage, snuka.

I think they probably concentrated too much on the older guys.  The Rock needs to be on any top ten list.

i dont know that about older than flair guys
other than the animal who I love and think he deserves to be there
but i pretty much agrees with all the list
even if universally Hulk is over Flair

I personally love others like sheik, undertaker, hbk, rick the dragon steamboat, sting.
But i dont know like all top lists this is just a biased persobal opinionated list

The three guys in that list I would have a problem with is the Hackenschmidt guy, Gorgeous George and George "The Animal" Steele.

My list in their proper order:

1.) Hulk Hogan -transformed wrestling and brought it mainstream
2.) Ric Flair - greatest wrestler, Hulk was a performer
3.) Andre the Giant - unbeatable, if this was real, and much loved
4.) Bruno Sammartino - how many straight years did he carry the WWWF on his back?
5.) Lou Thesz - one of the two best technical wrestlers ever
6.) Buddy Rogers - this guy WAS southern wrestling and an inspiration for tons to follow
7.) Dusty Rhodes - the best down to earth everyday Joe type of wrestler ever
8.) Bret Hart - the other best technical wrestler ever
9.) "Stone Cold" Steve Austin - helped to turn wrestling away from black/white, good/bad introducing grey into wrestling
10.) Hawk and Animal - greatest tag team ever bringing tag team wrestling to it's pinnacle

Million Dollar Man, The Model, Ultimate Warrior, Texas Tornado, Mr. Perfect were all favorites of mine. But above all of those I'd have to put Jake "The Snake" Roberts.
