Dan Gilbert is Driving LeBron out of town, again!

 Dan Gilbert is doing a horrible job getting the CAVS ready to make another run and in the process he's running LeBron James out of town again. I bet LeBron now remembers why he left the 1st time. The CAVS have a flawed if gifted roster that needed some work in the off season but instead Gilbert lets his GM go. Best case scenario would be for The Celtics to run LeBron out of town again. It would be so sweet!

At this point Gilbert should just make Lebron the official GM so that if things don't work out he has no one to blame.

Dan Gilbert comes off as a petty clown but there isn't a franchise in the league that can handle the ego LeBron brings. He's never going to be just a player that lets the GM does his job without meddling.

I hate LeBron as much, if not more, than most Celtics fans but Gilbert is not a good owner. What The CAVS are doing now with the supposed 2nd best team in the league is anyones guess.... I think this Celtics team is ripe to beat The CAVS this year and maybe even GSW!

Don't feel sorry for LeBron one bit. He seems like a great guy in the community (I love how he truly makes a difference in this world), but an absolute nightmare to deal with professionally. Glad he's not a Celtic, and if things do go south in Cleveland, he has no one to blame but himself. Leaders are always taught to deflect praise and accept blame, and LeBron is the exact opposite of that. He scapegoats everyone he possibly can when they lose, then accepts all of the credit when they win.
