Talking about the ones they did not call on them and also the timing of the calls allowed the Raptors to get back into the game

Pure number of fouls doesn’t account for the context nor the momentum swings foul calls are capable of, but other than a few Lowry flops I haven’t thought we’ve been too hard done by
