Source: DePaul’s Max Strus has agreed to a two-way contract with the Boston Celtics.

I assume Waters will join him in G-League as 2-way contracts.

i do not get all the negativity....
you cannot have 15 young studs in a team
at this stage we want langford williams edwards to be better than bird, yabusele and wannamaker....
if somoene from horford irwing rozier morris (or all) leaves... then we must see who is replacing them
if one of the young guys can play meanigfull minutes this year i will be happy... we did not have a top 3 pick like zion or tatum and brown...

This is pretty funny because when last I looked projections don't mean crap on the ball court.  Every year we see players hyped way beyond their ability with these projections.  Actual playing does mean something.    While, I am not happy with our drag,  half the guys above are duds.  There are reasons they dropped and teams had them in for workouts.    Teams value that more than projections.  They seen stuff we did not.

I am hoping Brad has Indiana Connections and knows something we don't.

Projected by the media, which means nothing. NBA teams have their own draft boards and have a lot more information on these players than the media do. That doesn't mean it will work out, teams make mistakes all the time, the draft is essentially a crap shoot. But all this means is that the Celtics didn't value those players as much as the media did. That's fine with me. Maybe Danny's right, maybe he's wrong, but the fact that he has a different view on this draft than other draft watchers doesn't bother me at all. Also keep in mind that this is a relatively weak draft, after the top few players there was really no one that is thought of as future star level player. So it comes down to which future role player do you like better.

I really like this signing. He has solid positional size at 6'5 without shoes with a 6'9" wingspan at 220lbs. He shot the ball really well in college 36% from 3 on 9 attempts and 84%FT on 4 attempts.
