He's gonna be a great coach for guys like Langford and Nesmith. Especially Langford.

Pretty sad that a lotto pick need a coach brought in to work with him to try and get him better, and the coach that is going to teach him is Evan Turner. Sigh.

Like can't defend anyone bad. Like can't make an outside shot bad. Like needs to have the ball to be effective but isn't good enough to have the ball to be effective bad.

This was his game for the entirety of his NBA tenure, no?
Man had always assumed that he was more intelligent than dolphins because he had achieved so much—the wheel, New York, wars and so on—whilst all the dolphins had ever done was muck about in the water having a good time.

But conversely, the dolphins had always believed that they were far more intelligent than man—for precisely the same reasons.

I thought he was a pretty good defender for us. I also thought he was pretty good at creating good team offense for us.

You know you're right: he was significantly better defensively in Boston than anywhere else he played, particularly in his last season with us, but he was a net negative on offense for every single team he played with.

Also, did anyone else entirely forget that Jameer Nelson was on the Celtics in '15-'16? Funny how the mind works.

Nelson is right up there with Keith Bogans in terms of memorable Celtics tenure

Smart player. I like him as a coach.

It's wild that he's coaching at this age but that can be a good thing. He'll be able to get on the floor and actually play with the guys in practice. That'll give him a unique perspective and I think allow him another level of communication with the players.

Very cool.
