Why
Suns, it would be a major up hill battle but they would have a shot at the playoffs this season. This offseason they would have DeRozans restricted rights and would be able to match any offer. Then next season they would have a core of PG Beldsoe SG Knight SF DeRozen and C Lopez with Booker off the bench. If they can add a decent PF and a few bench pieces thats a good looking team.
Nets, they gain a valuable pick from the Suns and a young high potential 22year old Center. If they want to go into a real rebuild this is a nice starting point
Raptors, if they know they are not matching DeRozens offers this offseason then they cash in now
