Stay away from IPAs...Belgian Ale is better

Yeah I'm a big fan of brown ales, more of a liquor guy but I've gotten into the beer game recently so always looking for recommendations.

Either way glad you're enjoying a cold one, TP.  I would have started earlier but if I started drinking when this game started (4:30 pm Pacific time) then that would spell trouble tomorrow morning.  My fridge is stocked.

Yeah I'm a big fan of brown ales, more of a liquor guy but I've gotten into the beer game recently so always looking for recommendations.

Well, for brown ale, Old Brown Dog by Smuttynose is my go to.  Helps that they have a brewery right down the road from me.

I've been drinking La Fin du Monde tonight, which is a good, strong (9%) Canadian brewed Belgian Ale.
