Right now it's all about his blocks...Block Mamba! No confusion and no need to have a lengthy and subjective discussion about what the name means.

Haha - Aunt Pumpkin Soup. That's pretty perfect for a family story - almost 'too' perfect coming from LB  ;) Hopefully, she has otherwise proven herself in her other pie making endeavors so that one incident is funny rather than indicative of a deeper issue that hits closer to home (yes, I am delving back into Time Lord territory).

Block Mamba is pretty sweet, too. Scal made the point that he also wears #44 (like himself). Still, if you are going to have a nickname, it is probably preferable that it is awesome and original (like Time Lord) rather than a rehashed Scal (or Kobe) copycat.

I think that RW3 is a perfectly acceptable nickname for RW3

Robert Williams is on his way to becoming one of the top 3 shot blockers in the league. As well as rebounders

Love his battle as well has the explosiveness, reach, timing = all tools to be a top blocker in this league

Robert Williams is the Timelord. The internet has spoken, and trying to stop that would be, well, like trying to stop time itself.

Which can only be done by Time Lord himself.
and thus He Has Spoken

Yup, he prefers Lob Williams to Timelord but Timelord is pretty good if Timex is going to give him a huge endorsement deal.

Time Lord makes no sense, Needs too much explanation, is negative, and he does not like it!!!! Celtic fans should not promote a nick our player does not like.

LORD OF THE RIMS is much better, and needs no explanation!!!!!! If he meets his real potential as a lottery pick that fell to the C's at 27 you can call him

THE GIFT!!!!!!

i dont like time lord.

you have Hakeem 'the dream' Olajuwon, you have Carl 'the truth' Williams, what about Robert 'the gift' Williams.

Good Karma is with this kid.

Time lord would be cool if not associated with his late start, which the media overblew.
