We won.... but it's because the starters (minus kristic) played almost 40 minutes each... and I sure hope we don't always try this comeback thing.

good win, but why did Delonte only play 12 minutes tonight?

He did provide a nice spark with his hustle.

This game was crazy in that 4th quarter we just flip the whole script, coming out so awful to clawing our way back in, staying poised it was awesome.

I think you're looking for the "Rondo is overrated" thread or something similar. ;)

i must say though (i'm gettin the Knicks feed), their commentators are pretty good. thank you to the Knicks fans for waking Paul Pierce up. it was that free throw trip that really got him started. when he was stretching out his shoulder and they all started chanting "Paul Pierce Sucks"

agreed. they have the most fair commentators in the league. Portland and Phoenix are the worst, imo.

+1

I had the knicks feed as well and as usal, i really enjoyed their commentators.

Oh agreed, totally. That's why I'm asking--I love that kid's intensity, as long as he's not on a 3 wheeled motorcycle with a backpack full of guns, samurai swords and nunchucks.

I think you have to keep in my that he isn't a %100 yet. I think we'll see his minutes go up and down.

Simple answer most of the night with West. He was a ball-stopper, wasn't moving the basketball at all. In the first half, neither were Rondo or Arroyo.

I think the C's have held teams to under 35 in the second half the last 3 games.

Not to mention the Celtics limited ANOTHER team to under 90 points for the game, pretty impressive after allowing the Knicks to score 51 in the 1st half. Jeez.

Still, that's 7 games in the last 9 where the Celtics have allowed less than 90 points. What started off as a fluke is SLOWWWWWWWLYYY becoming a trend. A good trend. And it's turning into wins.

Hopefully it carries over to the playoffs, no matter who we face...as well as that 2nd half play. Heck, why can't they carry over THAT to the 1st half?  :)

it's like in the playoffs a few years back when we had one of the biggest comebacks in history and the next game we were down by double digits as well and the commentators said: "the celtics have them right where they want them." We then made a huge run but I remember we lost.
