I like Cason Wallace, but doesn't OKC already have future backcourt in Shai and Giddey?

Weird pick to me. They must like him, but I thought they'd be starting to build their roster, not just accumulate assets.

What did you want to see them do or draft?

Wallace looks like a very good player.

I agree, but where does he play? They have Giddy, Shai, Williams, and Dort that all should be playing as guards. I thought they were gonna try to start making the playoffs, but the roster is still weird.

Maybe they plan to trade Dort for more frontcourt depth, but seems weird.

Yeah, I like that. A guy who impacts games without needing shots or time on the ball. Good fit with Luka & Kyrie.

Mavericks dumping Davis Bertans gives them a lot more cap flexibility to pursue a free agent...Draymond Green?

Interesting thought.

Gradey Dick is a nice pickup for Toronto but where does he fit with S Barnes, Anunoby and Siakam?

I presume they will play G Dick as a big SG. Let him replace Gary Trent Jr to avoid giving him a big paycheck.

Feels like a guy that would play with a chip on his shoulder, like the one that is growing right now with each passing pick.

He can shoot. That’s where he fits. That team desperately needs shooters.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.
