Sounds like a serious question, right?

Check out this super extensive list:

Al Horford - 2 years
https://www.basketball-reference.com/players/h/horfoal01.html
Dino Rađa - 4 years
https://www.basketball-reference.com/players/r/radjadi01.html
Rick Fox - 6 years
https://www.basketball-reference.com/players/f/foxri01.html

I left out the Vitaly Potapenkos, Jerebkos and Kelly Olynyks,
and just went with the starter quality material.
Surprisingly, the list is that short.

Native fans are simply not used to international players.
We don't have them on our roster when we are winning the championships.

(Finally, I do understand why Ante "The Antidote" Žižić wasn't greeted with rose petals being thrown before him.)

Does dual citizenship count?

Does dual citizenship count?
I wouldn't count it by default.
I would if a guy was born outside the USA and has played at least 2 years here.
Sounds like a reasonable criterion.
But please elaborate if you don't agree.
Sorry 'Nique.

What about Kyrie, who was born in Australia?

What about Kyrie, who was born in Australia?
1 year. 60 games so far.
I'd like more before proclaiming him as the best in the 75-year long history.

Yes. Player has/had to be good while he was here. Not if he came here 10 years too late.

Might be Al Horford if we're not considering longevity or time outside of the Celtics organization.

Well Radja is the only HOFer so he gets my vote.

This is a difficult question for me, as my criteria of an international player may be different. I view an international player as someone who was born outside the US and also played overseas professionally. I mentioned Kyrie earlier simply because he was born outside the US and seemed to fit you criteria, but in no way would I consider him an international player.

Based on my criteria, I would vote for Dino Radja.

However, if having no professional international experience is necessary, then I would vote for Al Horford. Although, that would definitely change to Kyrie after this season.

I have a soft spot for Ala Abdelany and I don't even know why or if I even spelled that right.

Plus there's Abdel Nader!

TP for remembering Stojko.

Doesn't he have a son that plays for Duke?
