It's amazing how bad you have to be to tank.  We win one game in who know's how long and we drop from the three spot to the 5 spot.  And we are now only a hair ahead of teams (i.e., the lakers) that I think we are better than.

So frankly, I am just hoping we can stay in the top 10 here.

Now to the 6 spot, god this is depressing  :'(

I have us for 26 wins for the season, hopefully Danny can move Bass.

any other year, we'd be the worst team if not 2nd worst.

Jeff Green is infuriating. He randomly decides to drop 35+ against the teams we're trying to out tank, but is a no show against everyone else. I really hope he plays well enough over the next few games to get himself traded. Please trade Bass too. He is always good for 10-15 points every single night.

Every year there are 6-7 teams with a lower winning percentage than our current record. I think we've gotten so used to ignoring the bottom feeders since 2008 that we've forgotten how bad some teams are.

At least the Hawks might end up losing tonight.

Tankers rejoice.

The celtics may have slid up the standings... But the lakers and magic won tonight and the hawks are about to lose to New Orleans.

With cousins back, maybe the kings will beat the raptors later tonight.  :)

This is terrible, we're now out of the top 5 and nearing no mans land. Could end up being a waste of an entire season.

Could be.

Or the 6th pick could turn out better than the 5th.

Or the lottery balls could fall our way even if we have less balls than other teams (did you forget it's a lottery?).

The end of the world is if a team put all its eggs in the tank basket, and lost. Look no further than the Bobcats in the Anthony Davis draft?

And Ainge could probably do a lot more with a lower pick than most other GMs. Why not feast your eyes on this fantastic article re: Ainge's drafting abilities instead of lamenting on this """lost""" season?

Enjoy the ride.

LOL, the sky is falling! The sky is falling! We're just getting near the half way point of the season and all hope is lost in the #1 draft pick!!!!!!! Calm down people, we've got a long way to go. And We've sucked eggs in the past and not got a good pick.

I almost think it would be hilarious if Parker and Embiid did stay in school another year. I could hear the heads exploded on this site.

I can't not root for Rondo to do well.  And he just makes our offense SO much better.

This sucks!  But I will continue to ride the wave.

We've played 50 out of 82 games, yes 32 games is still a substantial amount of games but we're not "nearing" the half way point, we left it behind already.

  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
With that line up we had tonight we are expected to beat the 76ers.

Bass and Green are on full trade display.
Enjoy that win because it could be the last we see Green and Bass in Green.

Also, we beat the Magic and the 76ers. Our draft chances haven't been thrown out the window lol.
Although Green is the most annoying roller coaster ride in my life at the moment. So frustrating.

Just move him and Bass so we can play Olynyk, Blue and Johnson please Danny.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.

Real change happens after the all star game and during the trade deadline.

Probably some truth to that.
