Smart has played some great games against Westbrook.  For his career, he's averaging 6.2 rebounds, 4.3 assists, and 13.3 point on 43.3% 3 point shooting.

He's had a 25 point and a 26 point game against them.  I remember Westbrook not wanting to give him any credit after these games.
