I want to get a look at this kid.  Wonder if his game would translate to the pros.  I've never watched him play before, so I'll give this game a look.  SDU is ranked number 4 right now, and BYU is ranked 9th.

SDSU getting 5 pts tonight from BYU... leaning towards them, anybody got any advice?

Best scorer in college? I don't know.. I don't see his game translating very well into the pro's. Key role player in a contending team at best, imo.

Best scorer in college?  Yes definitely!  I saw him play twice last year in the NCAA tournament.  He scores in very creative and unorthadox ways... He is a blast to watch.

I'm not going to be able to watch tonight because I am watching my favorite college team the Rhode Island Rams.

As for his game translating to the pros... Idk haven't seen him play enough.  He is easily more of a shoot first than pass PG, but he can control an offense.

Kid's got a lot of game.  Has 20 at the half and basically put on a show.  Not just a jump shooter.  Looks like he'd be a defensive liability, but they're playing zone, so that's probably masked.  Fun player to watch.

WOW Fredette is going off in the first half. He has 20 pts at the half ( 7-11, 3-3 3pt fg)

I would love Danny to draft this guy if he is available in the late first round. He is not super athletic, but is more athletic than given credit for. He has very good foot work and is kind of shifty with his moves which reminds me of PP. He has the body of a Chauncey Billups and uses his strong frame very effectively like sam cassell used to do with the mid range game . He can finish with both hands and he is a crazy good shooter with legit range out to 30 ft.

He would be a great replacement for D West and/or Nate Robinson . He would be a very good backup PG IMO and would be on a rookie contract. We could let Nate walk so we have plenty of cap space to go after free agents in 2012

WOW He just hit a pull up 3pt from 25 feet away with the shot clock running down

He has 34 of BYU's 50 pts

This kid is ridiculous . :o

Contract rights.  ESPN can't just put any big game on their network.  It should have been on CBS on a Saturday or Sunday, but no one thought the game would have been this big.

Thankfully the rematch is.

My High School played against him and when i was younger my Brothers Team beat him in our Section Finals, Jimmer missed two free throws at end of game. Everyone from around here loves him though, it's nice to say we beat him at the same time.
